Parker was born from a fundamental need to bridge the gap between international travelers and the complexities of local infrastructure. For travelers renting a car in a foreign country, parking is often the most unpredictable element of the journey. Regulations vary from city to city, unfamiliar signage makes compliance a challenge, and pricing is frequently displayed in unfamiliar currencies. This creates a layer of uncertainty that can compromise a traveler’s sense of freedom and their overall travel experience.

Asher Laufer, the entrepreneur behind Parker, identified this disconnect through years of immersion in the travel and technology sectors. He recognized that travelers were facing unnecessary hurdles simply because no platform spoke their language or provided the confidence they were accustomed to at home. That insight sparked our mission: to build a seamless solution for effortless parking activation worldwide, designed to eliminate the guesswork and complexities of navigating foreign streets.

Parker is designed as a unified, user-centric platform where all essential data is presented in the user’s native language and familiar currency. Fully supported by dedicated customer service and AI-driven insights, the app centralizes parking  activation and payments, local regulations, rental agreements, vehicle documentation, and activity logs in one secure location. Our goal is to accompany every traveler from the moment they pick up their rental car until they reach their final destination, removing the need to decipher signs, locate pay stations, or worry about unexpected parking tickets or fines.

While our current expansion is focused on the European market, our vision is global. Parker aims to be the universal standard for international travel, allowing users to move freely across country borders without the need to learn local parking systems in advance. Beyond the driver’s experience, the platform also provides strategic value to our partners, including parking operators and rental agencies. For these stakeholders, Parker serves as a high-efficiency tool that reduces the operational burden of interacting with foreign travelers, improves service quality, and generates new avenues of revenue.
